I’m Robert F. Harkness Jr. Everyone calls me Bobby. I started being photographed with Famous People and obtaining autographs
in 1990.
I have met many Famous People, Entertainers, Sports Figures, New York Times Best
Selling Authors, Recording Artists, even Royalty.
My Favorite Recording Artist is Diana
Ross. Other Female favorites are Barbara Mcnair, Diahann Carroll, Candi Staton, Tammi Terrell, Mary Wells, Martha Reeves,
Mary Wilson, Brenda Holloway, Bettye Swann, all the Ladies of Motown, and Birmingham’s own Roszetta Johnson.
My Favorite Male Vocalist are David Ruffin, Former Lead Singer of The Temptations, Sam Cook, Smokey Robinson
& The Miracles, The Four Tops, The Temptations, Eddie Kendrick’s, The Delfonics, Marvin Gaye, Jimmy Ruffin, and
just about any Vintage Motown or R&B Artist. Also, many Country Artist and Contemporary Artist such as Frank Sinatra,
Dean Martin, & Sammy Davis Jr.
My Favorite Movies are Lady Sings the Blues, Mahogany,
Out of Darkness, Double Platinum, and Dream Girls. I saw the Original Play of Dream Girls in the early 80’s in New York
City at the Imperial Theatre.
I also enjoy Traveling. I have vacationed in Nassau &
Freeport in the Bahamas, St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands, San Juan, Puerto Rico and Bermuda. In Mexico I have visited Cozumel
and Costa Maya. In Europe, London, Paris, Rome, Amsterdam, Austria, Germany, Venice, and Switzerland. In the United States,
Las Vegas, Atlantic City, Hollywood & Beverly Hills, California, and New York City.
I
have been employed at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama since 1990. It is one of the Countries Largest and Leading Medical
Centers.
I have one Sister, Mrs. Nancy Williams, a Nephew, John, and Niece, Karen. I was
born in 1956 in Birmingham and have lived here all my life.
